Abstract
La preparacion psicologica es un factor importante para el rendimiento deportivo. Dentro de este campo, la ansiedad es un estado negativo y la autoconfianza es un estado positivo. Debe trabajarse para minimizar la primera y potenciar la segunda. Dentro de este planteamiento, Fernando Calahorra Canada y Tomas Hervas Perez describen pautas para detectarlas y tratarlas. Realizan su valioso trabajo y extraen sus conclusiones dentro del ambito del futbol formativo, concretamente con cadetes y juveniles. Pero, por una parte, el trabajo psicologico tambien es necesario en este ambito, y, por otra parte, sus aplicaciones pueden extrapolarse en gran medida al futbol adulto y profesional.
