Abstract
Actinbacillus pleuropeumoniae is the causative agent of porcine pleuropeumoniae ,which reduces productivity in pigs at the nursery site .At the same time ,this disease is always mixed with infection of swine fe-ver and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome ,so it causes high mortality in pigs and a severe harm to porcine breeding .With the purpose of studying ApxIVA gene,the authors isolated several APP in Jiangxi Prov-ince,and identified the serotypes of them .At the same time,a pair of primers were designed according to Gen-Bank(accession number:AX002405),and the size of the fragment was 1 284 bp,EcoRⅠwas inserted to the forward primer as well as SalⅠto the reverse primer for clone .The result showed that the PCR product was successfully cloned into the cloning vector ,compared the sequencing of the obtained product with other APP genes in NCBI,the homology was about 98%.And it was found that the isolate had a closer homology with CP000569,FJ848575,FJ848573 and GQ332268,among them,FJ848575,FJ848573 and GQ332268 were isola-ted in China ,and CP 000569 was isolated in Canada .
