Abstract
To those of you who have, are or are thinking about entering the field of education, let me share my experience in the hopes that it will possibly validate your own. I have been the confusing color of Brown all my life. Not that it is confusing for those of us who are Brown; it just seems to be a difficult shade of skin tone for others to wrap their heads around. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
