Cet article analyse et commente les rdpercussions de la Loi sur la protection des locataires de Ontario quant A la disponibilitd des logements locatifs et aux loyers.On y traite 6galement de l'administration de la justice par le Tribunal du logement de l'Ontario, notamment en ce qui concerne le droit au maintien dans les lieux.L'auteur est d'avis que les modalit6s et proc6dures du Tribunal ont eu pour effet de faciliter l'expulsion d'un nombre accru de locataires au d6triment de leurs droits fondamentaux et proc6duraux.
