Abstract
En este articulo se estudian los conflictos juridicos derivados de la presencia de simbologia religiosa y de la celebracion de practicas de este tipo en los lugares publicos de Canada. Se explican las soluciones ofrecidas y el modo en que se han procurado integrar las expresiones religiosas de los grupos minoritarios, en lo que adquiere interes el analisis de la ponderacion de los intereses en conflicto.
