Abstract
Ce hors-série de [VertigO] – la revue électronique en sciences de l’environnement intitulé Gouvernance de ressources naturelles collectives dans les sociétés post-conflits se positionne dans une perspective régionale de la région des Grands lacs africains. Résultat d’un programme de recherche, les textes présentés dans ce hors-série illustrent les moyens à mettre en oeuvre pour renforcer la gouvernance environnementale et les approches de bonne gouvernance des ressources naturelles collectives dans les sociétés post-conflits. Les différents auteurs discutent du cercle vicieux entre les conflits armés, la dégradation des ressources naturelles, la pauvreté et les défis de réhabilitation des ressources naturelles en période post-conflit. Ce hors-série a été produit grâce au financement du Centre de recherche pour le développement international (CRDI, Canada).
