Abstract
The main decision vectors of the members of the Supreme privy soviet concerning the state of trade in the second quarter of the XVIII century are covered in the article. The successors of the Peter Great had to reject Peters policy in trade area, this fact is referred to the lack of monetary funds in treasury.
