类黄酮-3',5'-羟基化酶(F3'5'H)是合成蓝色花色素的关键酶,近十多年一直都是蓝色花分子育种领域的研究热点之一.目前已从13种植物中分离到了F3'5'H基因.本文通过对F3'5'H基因已知氨基酸序列进行分析,列出了F3'5'H的功能基序;构建的系统进化树系图体现了各科属间的亲缘关系与进化差异;研究结果表明:不同物种F3'5'H基因的时空表达特性不同,与表达部位的发育进程和着色模式有关;作者还从底物特异性和遗传转化两个方面分析了该基因功能研究的进展.
