article dwells to the analysis of the so-called “color revolutions” at the Middle East, Balkans and CIS at the 21st century first years. We tried to find objective reasons of these revolts and to examine the scope of the mass actions of civil disobedience that overthrew legal governments of Egypt, Serbia, Republic of Georgia and Ukraine. As a result of such analysis, we conclude all these actions were inspired and prepared aboard and were committed in the interests of these foreign sponsors or some domestic oligarchs. So, in such a way, these actions were not revolutions, but coups d'etat. They became possible due to white and black PR-tools (in politics, religion and education) used by Ukrainian anti-Yanukovich political opposition for years. This PR-campaign had some stages. It started as the opposition to the crimes of government, than became a cultural manifestation against ‘the brutal Russia’ and finished as a neo-Nazi upheaval and mass murdering of all Russians and any suspected in his own mentions. These tools of Operations through masses to the streets and prepared them to make violence against the security forces, and then, when these politicians have got a power, they started a civil war at Donbass.
