October 01 2008 "Models of Man" in Design Thinking: The "Bounded Rationality" Episode Rabah Bousbaci Rabah Bousbaci Rabah Bousbaci, after his architect diploma and some professional practices, completed his postgraduate degrees in architecture (M.Arch., Univ. Laval, Canada) and environmental design (Ph.D., Univ. of Montreal, Canada). In his doctoral thesis (2002), he describes the main theoretical models of architecture and design disciplines, and he discusses the possibility for ethics to serve as a philosophical ground for architecture. In 2004, he was invited as a postdoctoral researcher to the "Centre de recherche en éthique" at the University of Montreal. Since January 2005, he has been an assistant professor at the University of Montreal Interior Design Program, where he teaches theories of the project. He is mainly interested in the philosophical issues (phenomenology, hermeneutic, ethics, and methodology) raised by the concept and practice of the project in design disciplines.
