Résumé
Identifying the causes of natural disasters and anomalies is a major problem both scientifically and socially. Based on ozone layer daily and monthly monitoring and using system, comparative and discourse analysis, I review media reports on main sinoptical events and weather anomalies in comparison with total ozone maps during the first half of I show the parade of planets of Jan.–Feb. 2016 caused increase in hydrogen degassing from the Earth’s core (due cumulative gravitational effect of planets, Sun, and Moon). It leads to abnormal ozone layer destruction in Northern This ozone anomaly stretched from the mid-Atlantic to the Pacific coast. Its center was located in Siberia. Here, ozone losses were fixed over 50% in the last five days in January. Ozone layer depletion on this vast territory caused abnormally warm weather, so the winter months in the Northern Hemisphere became the warmest in the history of instrumental observations. Increase in deep degassing during the phase of the full moon in late caused a series of explosions at the mine Severnaya in Vorkuta, which killed 36 people. I also discuss some modern explanation of Recent “Warm Arctic, Cold Continents” trend pattern in winter temperatures (including atmospheric Rossby waves) and show they are absurd and inconclusive, as well as terminological controversies surrounding term ‘ozone hole’.
