Краток извадок Старите луѓе се една од најранливите категории во општеството. Општите статистики покажуваат дека популацијата во светот сѐ повеќе старее, особено во поразвиените земји на Западот и во Европа. Ситуацијата не е поразлична ниту во нашата земја. Последните статистики според Фондот за пензиско и инвалидско осигурување покажуваат дека во Македонија има речиси 300 000 регистрирани пензионери. Дополнително на ова се очекува во следните петнаесет години да има 100 000 пензионери повеќе, а доколку на ова ги додадеме и оние кои не се регистрирани во фондот и не земаат пензија, може да дојдеме во ситуација кога една четвртина од населението ќе биде со старост од над 64 години. Овие луѓе како резултат на нивните години имаат повеќе здравствени проблеми и потреба за посебна грижа. Со оглед на брзото темпо на живот кое се создаде, нивните фамилии немаат доволно време да се грижат за нив, па затоа сѐ поголем број се одлучуваат да живеат во посебни установи и пензионерски домови. Таму се пружа посебна грижа за нив, постојано се под надзор на лекар и негуватели кои им помагаат да живеат убаво и да се чувствуваат сигурно за своето здравје. Свој придонес за поубав живот во домовите и будно следење на здравствената состојба на старите лица дава и современата технологија. Со помош на неа може постојано да се има увид во состојбата на нивниот крвен притисок, телесната температура, тежина или други витални параметри кои се клучни да бидат следени постојано за да не настане некој дисбаланс во нив. Целта на магистерската работа е да се олесни следењето на виталните параметри на пациентот, односно згриженото лице, преку креирање на соодветна апликација и со водење евиденција на историските податоци за него полесно да се утврди неговата здравствена состојба и да се направи соодветна терапија. Апликацијата ќе биде веб ориентирана и достапна за сите корисници, така што и згрижените лица ќе можат сами да ги мерат своите витални параметри и да ги забележуваат на неа. Во нив увид ќе имаат сите 2 интересни групи, односно нивниот лекар, негувател, членовите на фамилијата и тие самите. Исто така со помош на оваа апликација може да се утврди моменталната состојба на лицето, односно таканаречените MEWS параметри. SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR PREVENTIVE CARE FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE Abstract Elderly people are one of the most vulnerable categories in the society. General statistics says that the world population is aging, especially in more developed countries on west and Europe. The situation is no different in our country too. Most recent statistics from pension and disability insurance fond show that in Macedonia we have nearly 300 000 registered retired people. In addition of this there are expectations that in next fifteen years this number will be increased for 100 000, and if we add those who are not registered in the fund we are coming in situation where a quarter of our population will be more that 64 years old. As a result of their age these people have more health problems and a need for special care. Given the rapid pace of life their families do not have enough time to care for them, growing number of them are opting to live in special institutions and retirement homes. There they have special care, and constantly are under supervision of doctor and carers who help them to live better and feel safe about his health. Their contribution to live better in retirement homes and close monitoring of the health status of the elderly provides today`s technology. With his help you constantly have an insight into the state of their blood pressure, body temperature, weight and other vital parameters which are crucial to be constantly monitored in order to avoid any imbalance in them. The purpose of the thesis is to facilitate monitoring of vital parameters for the patient, by creating an appropriate application, and with record keeping of historical 3 data to make it easier to determine his condition and make appropriate treatment. The application will be web oriented and available to all users, and elderly people will be able to record their vital parameters without any help. Insights into them will have all interest groups (their doctor, carers, family members and themselves). Also with this application doctors and carers will be able to calculate elderly people MEWS state (current health state condition).
