What this study but an attempt to discover the extent of consumer use and understanding of the Saudi Information on Food Products (Identification Card) and the extent of his ability to understand, and on what basis is chosen for the product of many food products. Since consumer behavior is the basis of marketing operations and justification for its existence, the modern concept of marketing emphasizes the need to satisfy the consumer and satisfy the wishes and needs.
