Abstract
What this study but an attempt to discover the extent of consumer use and understanding of the Saudi Information on Food Products (Identification Card) and the extent of his ability to understand, and on what basis is chosen for the product of many food products. Since consumer behavior is the basis of marketing operations and justification for its existence, the modern concept of marketing emphasizes the need to satisfy the consumer and satisfy the wishes and needs. And consumer behavior in a permanent change so it was necessary to follow this behavior studies of different marketing plans to configure the appropriate and consistent with the pattern of this behavior, but the researcher in this study focused on consumer behavior towards the Saudi card Identification of food commodities. The study included five chapters or sacrificed a researcher in the first quarter the overall framework for the study of the problem and the importance of the objectives, method, search method and so on.
