Ron Berman (“ The Role of Search Engine Optimization in Search Marketing ”) is a doctoral candidate at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. He holds an M.Sc. in computer science from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in physics, math and computer science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. His research focuses on new media, online advertising, start-ups, and online phenomena in general. Eyal Biyalogorsky (“ Complementary Goods: Creating, Capturing, and Competing for Value ”) is an associate professor of marketing at the Arison School of Business, the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, Israel. He received his Ph.D. in marketing from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, and was on the faculty of the University of California, Davis, before joining the Arison School of Business.
