AbstrakRapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) telekonferensi merupakan proses pertemuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham dengan meggunakan media elektronik dimana Notaris dapat hadir di dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham untuk membuatkan akta terkait keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham. Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham telekonferensi tetap sah dengan elektronik apabila dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan ketentuan undang-undang. Namun yang menjadi kendala ialah tidak dimungkinkannya seorang Notaris melakukan kegiatannya dalam membuat akta melalui telekonferensi maupun media elektronik lainnya melainkan harus bertemu secara langsung. Tujuan penulisan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan bagi pihak-pihak terkait tentang Kedudukan Hukum Akta Notaris dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Melalui Telekonferensi agar pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham melalui telekonferensi ini dapat terlaksana guna memudahkan para pihak dalam melakukan kegiatan bisnis. Adapun metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Peraturan-peraturan di Indonesia khususnya Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris sepatutnya dapat mengakomodir dan memberikan ruang agar Notaris dapat membuatkan aktanya dengan tidak bertatap muka secara langsung melainkan menggunakan telekonferensi. The teleconference of General Meeting of Stakeholders remains valid if exercised in accordance with the regulations. However, there is still an issue for the Notary in exercising his duty for making a deed that it should be on the “traditional way” where the Notary and all the parties are meet offline. The purpose of this writing is expected to be input for related parties regarding the Legal Standing of the Notary Deed in the General Meeting of Stakeholders via Teleconference so that the implementation of the General Meeting of Stakeholders via this teleconference can be carried out to facilitate the parties in conducting business activities. The method used is a normative juridical research method. The regulations in Indonesia, especially the Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Notary, should be able to accommodate and to provide a space so that the Notary would be able to make his deed by not meeting face to face but using a teleconference.
