Résumé
This research entitled: Impact of television sports programs lojana, in disseminating scientific and technological aspects of exercise physiology, during the first quarter of 2010. Alternative guidelines, performs a comprehensive analysis of the two sports programs have lojana television, with special enfasisen disseminating scientific and technological aspects of exercise physiology. \n \nInformation provided then interpreted and tabulated that provided the application of the techniques of survey and interview, in which the habitues of the programs, that is, the audience overwhelmingly believes that these topics are not scientific and technological part of the agenda of issuance of daily programs studied, except a small part of the sample, through their confusion, believes that these issues are indeed addressed. \n \nAfter field research, direct observation and in light of the procedures of the scientific method, up to important research findings among which are: the absence in the programs “UV Deportes” and “Deportivo 22” specific segments related to the dissemination of scientific and technological aspects of exercise physiology, and, more worryingly, the existence of a significant gap in knowledge of this subject, the personnel who manage, lead, produces and performs the aforementioned programs. \n \nTherefore, these television sports programs lojana, not contribute to knowledge regarding the benefits and care that should be considered during the development of the planned exercise. To this end, as a corollary, we propose some alternative guidelines that will lead to the implementation, in the sports program that it deems, in a series of reports with a duration of between three to five minutes, in which these issues are addressed in a clear, simple, direct, understandable to the public.
