rothkamm 's FB01 introduces the amazing synthesizer music of supermodernism. Recorded in full-motion stereophonic microsound, FB01 sweetens rothkamm 's complex experimentation with the crowd-pleasing sleight of "head music". Over 6 extended passages, frequency-modulated sine waves burble, shimmer, surge, swoop and speaker-pan in hazily melodic and nebulous shapes. FB01 is the consummate headphone album, a crafty and cosmic delight guaranteed to captivate all open minds. rothkamm 's FBO1 investigates the realms of pure electronic music; synthesized only through mathematical operations on sine waves, the most fundamental building blocks of sound.
