Kata kunci: Kambing Peranakan Boer, konsumsi bahan kering, konsumsi bahan organik, kecernaan bahan kering, kecernaan bahan organik, tepung daun kelor iii ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF ADDING MORINGA LEAF FLOUR (Moringa oleifera) IN THE RATION ON DRY MATTER AND ORGANIC MATTER CONSUMPTION AND DRY MATTER AND ORGANIC MATTER DIGESTIBILITY OF BOER CROSSBREED GOATS By Tri Septiana This research aims to determine: 1) the effect of adding Moringa leaf flour to feed on dry matter and organic matter consumption and the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter of Boer Crossbreed Goats; 2) determine the best addition of Moringa leaf flour in feed on dry matter and organic matter consumption and the digestibility of BK and BO of Boer Crossbreed Goats. The research was carried out in December 2023--January 2024 at the People's Goat Farm, Simpang Agung Village, Seputih Agung District, Central Lampung Regency. Proximate analysis of dry matter (DM) and organic matter (OM) was carried out at the Animal Nutrition and Forage Laboratory, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The experiment was carried out on 15 Boer Crossbreed Goats, with a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 3 treatments and 5 replications, groups were divided based on body weight. The treatments in this study were P0: 100% basal ration (60% cassava waste silage + 40% concentrate), P1: 95% basal ration + 5% Moringa leaf flour, P2: 90% basal ration + 10% Moringa leaf flour. Data What was obtained was analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a significance level of 5%. The variables observed were the consumption of dry matter and organic matter and digestibility of dry matter and organic matter. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the addition of Moringa leaf flour in theration has no significant effect (P>0,05) on the consumption of dry matter and organic matter as well as digestibility of dry matter and organic matter on Boer Crossbreed goats. Key words: Boer Crossbreed Goats, dry matter consumption, organic matter consumption, dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility, moringa leaves flour
