Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh penambahan tepung daun kelor dalam pakan terhadap konsumsi bahan kering dan bahan organik serta kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik kambing Peranakan Boer; 2) mengetahui penambahan tepung daun kelor yang terbaik dalam pakan terhadap konsumsi bahan kering dan bahan organik serta kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik kambing Peranakan Boer. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Desember 2023--Januari 2024 di Peternakan Kambing Rakyat, Desa Simpang Agung, Kecamatan Seputih Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Analisis proksimat bahan kering (BK) dan bahan organik (BO) dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak, Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Percobaan dilakukan pada 15 ekor Kambing Peranakan Boer, dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, kelompok dibagi berdasarkan bobot tubuh. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini yaitu P0 : Ransum basal 100% (60% silase limbah singkong + 40% konsentrat), P1 : Ransum basal 95% + 5% tepung daun kelor, P2 : Ransum basal 90% + 10% tepung daun kelor.Data Yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) taraf nyata 5%. Peubah yang diamati yaitu konsumsi bahan kering dan bahan organik serta kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan tepung daun kelor dalam ransum tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi bahan kering dan bahan organik serta kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik kambing Peranakan Boer. The research was carried out in December 2023--January 2024 at the People's Goat Farm, Simpang Agung Village, Seputih Agung District, Central Lampung Regency. Proximate analysis of dry matter (DM) and organic matter (OM) was carried out at the Animal Nutrition and Forage Laboratory, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The experiment was carried out on 15 Boer Crossbreed Goats, with a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 3 treatments and 5 replications, groups were divided based on body weight. The treatments in this study were P0: 100% basal ration (60% cassava waste silage + 40% concentrate), P1: 95% basal ration + 5% Moringa leaf flour, P2: 90% basal ration + 10% Moringa leaf flour. The variables observed were the consumption of dry matter and organic matter and digestibility of dry matter and organic matter. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the addition of Moringa leaf flour in theration has no significant effect (P>0,05) on the consumption of dry matter and organic matter as well as digestibility of dry matter and organic matter on Boer Crossbreed goats.
