Abstract
Pensar a questao da participacao no mercado de trabalho requer hoje, mais do que nunca, uma perspectiva critica e reflexiva que nos permita encontrar formas mais ajustadas, com novas referencias, novas relacoes e novas logicas de entendimento. No sentido de levar a cabo esta reflexao partimos do contributo de Jurgen Habermas (1929), nomeadamente da sua discussao em torno dos conceitos de trabalho e interaccao, para a partir desta analisar o modo como o trabalho pode voltar a constitui-se como uma esfera dotada de sentido e estruturadora da vida social contemporânea. Thinking about the question of participation in the labour market requires today, more than ever, a reflective and critical perspective that enables us to find ways more adjusted, with new references, new relations and new forms of understanding. To support this reflection we take the contribution of Jurgen Habermas (1929), in particular his discussion of the concepts of work and interaction, trying from there to analyse how work can regain the status of a meaningful sphere within contemporary social life.
