Abstract
Se me solicitó abordar con ustedes la cuestión de la asociación y lo hago con gusto, puesto que yo también estoy asociado, desde hace casi cuatro años, a los Hermanos de las Escuelas Cristianas del Distrito del Canadá francófono, con quienes colaboro desde hace ya treinta años. Mi itinerario y mi formación han estado desde entonces marcados por los lasallistas, su espiritualidad, su pedagogía y su compromiso en el campo de la formación cristiana de los jóvenes. Habría podido contentarme con hablarles a partir de esta experiencia, pero habría sido tal vez un punto de vista muy particular. Entonces, les hablaré más bien a partir de la reflexión que se hace en Quebec sobre este asunto, que se plantea para varias familias religiosas con las que he tenido la ocasión de trabajar un poco el tema, luego de haber recibido invitaciones de un cierto número de ellas; además, hace tres años nuestra facultad patrocinó un pequeño coloquio sobre el asunto. Es a partir de este telón de fondo que someteré a discusión algunas reflexiones.
