Abstract
Bruno Etienne : Au moment où la quatrième conférence de Barcelone va se tenir à Marseille et que s'amorce la promesse d'un rétablissement des relations Nord-Sud, tout au moins entre Europe du Sud et Maghreb, un certain nombre d'événements irréversibles ont eu lieu au Maghreb comme la mort du roi Hassan II et l'arrivée au pouvoir de Bouteflika.Des transformations sont prévisibles en Tunisie.Il semble possible qu'entre Bouteflika et le roi Mohammed VI puisse se régler en partie le problème saharien.On peut peut-être même espérer la réintroduction de la Libye dans le champ de la légitimité politique.Tout cela soulève un certain nombre d'espoirs.Le président Bouteflika, à l'occasion de l'un de ses discours, a rappelé que la culture algérienne comprend aussi une partie de culture juive, voire pied-noir, voire française.On peut donc considérer que le travail de deuil est commencé et faire une lecture du voyage d'Enrico Macias sur ses aspects positifs et pas seulement événementiels : d'un échec peut sortir quelque chose.Je voulais donc demander au professeur Raphaël Draï, qui a participé à l'organisation de ce voyage, de nous donner un témoignage plus précis sur les tenants et les aboutissants de ce projet.
