Durante mis estudios de doctorado, experimenté muy tempranamente la dificultad de encontrar una metodología apropiada que me permitiera dar cuenta de las informaciones y de los datos empíricos recolectados durante los quince años que había ejercido la función de asesora adjunta a la alta dirección de la Universidad Laval, experiencia que constituiría el material de base de mi tesis. En el presente texto, describiré el marco del análisis que he construido progresivamente a medida que mi reflexión avanzaba y que me ha servido para descifrar, analizar e interpretar los hechos que habían llamado mi atención y que constituían la base de mis interrogaciones. El modelo que yo represento bajo la forma de un rombo, integra cuatro grandes ramas de la filosofía estrechamente ligadas entre sí: la praxeología, la epistemología, la axiología y la ontología. Esos diferentes componentes no se me aparecieron intempestivamente; ellas han tomado forma poco a poco de una manera, primero poco clara, y han sido identificadas una a una a partir de preguntas que me hacía sobre el material que iba acumulando. Una vez precisado ese marco de análisis, he podido, en el desempeño de mi trabajo de asesora adjunta, validar el modelo procediendo a verificaciones y ensayos. Pero pasando a su presentación, me parecería importante recordar el contexto en el cual este rombo ha tomado forma.
