Abstract
La trousse médico-légale est à la fois un guide d'accueil et de soins des personnes agressées sexuellement et un ensemble d'instruments et de formulaires servant à dresser un constat médico-légal. Nous nous proposons dans cet article de l'examiner sous deux angles. D'abord, en regard de sa fonctionah'té opératoire, on montrera qu'elle est une technologie sociale susceptible de faire converger les tâches cognitives des acteurs concernés vers une coordination collective de l'action. On verra, en second lieu, que la raison d'être d'une telle technologie tient moins à sa capacité technique qu'à sa capacité à enclencher un engagement forcé et négocié des professionnels dans un processus d'action publique émergent : la protocolarisation de l'intervention dans les services à la personne.
