Abstract
La direccion de normalizacion terminologica de la oficina de traducciones del gobierno de Canada cuenta con un programa de formacion en terminologia para todos sus nuevos terminologos. Este programa, basado en la practica y con duracion de dos anos, tiene como finalidad preparar a los nuevos terminologos de nivel principiante a nivel de trabajo TR-2. El programa se divide en 5 etapas, cada una de las cuales tiene objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos precisos.
