Resumo Este trabalho tem o objetivo de apresentar a regulamentacao do transporte terrestre de produtos perigosos vigente no Brasil e alguns casos no exterior. Foi dado enfoque na movimentacao, itinerario e na infra-estrutura criada para o funcionamento do servico. Primeiramente, foi apresentada a definicao de produtos perigosos. Em seguida, e apresentada a classificacao conforme as recomendacoes da ONU para o transporte dos mesmos. Foram abordadas as legislacoes federais, estaduais e municipais brasileiras. Estao presentes neste trabalho os casos da Inglaterra, Estados Unidos e Canada. Finalmente, foi feita uma analise da legislacao apresentada e foram propostas algumas melhorias. Abstract This work has the purpose of showing the Brazilian regulation, and also from other countries, concerning to transportation of dangerous goods. Has been given an approach on the movement, route and infrastructure created to make the service works. At first, the definition of dangerous goods was showed. Next, this work presents the classification according to ONU settings about the transportation of dangerous goods. Federal, State and Municipal Brazilian legislation were broached. Appears in this work England, United States and Canada cases. At last, an analysis about the mentioned regulation was done and some improvements were proposed.
