Abstract
Integrating blogs in an organizational setting contributes to several communicational and social phenomena. However, most studies focus on the technical aspects of blogs from a normative perspective. With reference to the approaches of internal communication (Morel, 2002), we explore the characteristics and modes of communication associated with a manager blog in a municipal organization. Our case study allows us to examine the factors that influence the use of blog. Although this tool has allowed employees to get news from the management and information about their co-workers located on remote sites, their participation is still very limited. In fact, a number of contextual factors, including organizational structure, themes, frequency of publications, and the technical setting of the blog influence its use.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
