Abstract
O pós-internacionalismo como tendência nas Relações Internacionais baseia-se nas forças de mudança e de continuidade em um mundo interdependente, produzido por grande complexidade, onde predominam tanto a cooperação quanto o conflito, a ordem e a desordem. Na perspectiva de Rosenau, os novos desafios das relações internacionais é o estabelecimento da ordem. A cooperação é possível? Após superar as barreiras de acesso a um mundo mais “ordenado”, grupos de imigrantes brasileiros se organizam em Toronto, buscando novas formas de apoio civil, o que vem reforçar a “governança pluralística”. Este ensaio é uma tentativa de discutir a migração de brasileiros para o Canadá na perspectiva de continuidade e cooperação no meio internacional.Abstract: Post-internationalism, as a trend in International Relations, is based on forces of change and continuity in an interdependent world that is the result of great complexity where both cooperation and conflict, order and disorder prevail. According to Rosenau, the new challenge for international relations is to implement the order. Is cooperation possible? After overcoming access barriers to a more orderly world, Brazilian immigrant groups are organizing themselves in Toronto and looking for new forms of civil support, which reinforces the “pluralistic governance”. This essay is as attempt to discuss Brazilian immigration to Casada from the perspective of continuity and cooperation in the international scene.
