Abstract
O consumo de drogas consiste num grave problema de saude publica atual e vem gerando mudancas no padrao comportamental da familia, da comunidade e da sociedade. O presente estudo teve como objetivo explorar os riscos do consumo de drogas em uma gestante usuaria de crack e compreender a intensidade do problema na vida do sujeito e de sua familia a luz do Modelo Calgary de Avaliacao da Familia – MCAF, realizou-se, em abril de 2011, um estudo de caso do tipo exploratorio-descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, no Centro de Saude da Familia – CSF Padre Palhano, Sobral, Ceara. A escolha do sujeito da pesquisa ocorreu atraves de dialogos e orientacoes estabelecidas entre pesquisadores e profissionais de saude do CFS. Os resultados definiram que o uso abusivo do crack pela gestante, alem de gerar mudancas no seu padrao comportamental, tais como agressividade, ansiedade e agitacao, tambem influenciavam a desestruturacao de sua familia. Como no Brasil as politicas publicas relacionadas ao uso de drogas sao regidas pela Politica de Atencao Integral ao Usuario de Alcool e Outras Drogas, o estudo apontou a necessidade de acoes que fortalecam a execucao e a consolidacao do trabalho de equipes multiprofissionais em saude, atraves do Sistema Unico de Saude (SUS), e estas considerem a realidade de cada municipio, bem como as necessidades de saude do usuario de drogas.
