Resultado da articulacao academica desenvolvida entre o PPGPP e o Programa de Pos-Graduacao em Educacao da UFMA derivou-se a presente entrevista realizada com a Profaa Dra. Dalila Andrade Oliveira. Dalila Andrade Oliveira e Professora Titular da Faculdade de Educacao e do Programa de Pos-Graduacao em Educacao da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais na area de Politicas Publicas e Educacao. E mestre em Educacao pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais e doutora em Educacao pela Universidade de Sao Paulo com pos-doutoramento na Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro e na Universite de Montreal, Canada. Pesquisadora PQ 1C do CNPq. Desenvolve estudos e pesquisas com enfase em Politica Educacional, gestao escolar e trabalho docente na America Latina. Foi coordenadora do Grupo de Trabalho Educacion, politica y movimientos sociales no âmbito do Conselho Latino-americano de Ciencias Sociais (CLACSO) entre 2006 e 2009; Diretora de Cooperacao Internacional da Associacao Nacional de Politica e Administracao da Educacao (ANPAE) entre 2007 e 2009 e Vice-presidente da Associacao Nacional de Pos-Graduacao e Pesquisa em Educacao - ANPEd entre 2005 e 2009. Atualmente exerce a coordenacao geral da Rede Latinoamericana de Estudos Sobre Trabalho Docente (RedEstrado) e e presidente da ANPEd (2009/2011- 2011/2013). Autora e co-autora de varios livros e artigos em periodicos nacionais e estrangeiros, entre os quais se destacam: Gestao democratica da educacao: desafios contemporâneos (Vozes, 2009, 9a. Ed.) Educacao Basica: gestao do trabalho e da pobreza (Vozes, 2010, 2a. Ed.); Politica e trabalho na escola (Autentica, 2003, 3a. Ed.); Gestao e politica da educacao (Autentica, 3a.
