Abstract
Cet écrit se veut une revue de la littérature. Plus précisément, il s’agit d’une comparaison entre les choix méthodologiques des thèses québécoises en éducation qui utilisent le concept de représentations sociales élaboré à l’origine par Moscovici (1961). Pour chacune des thèses, cinq choix méthodologiques sont comparés, soit le type de méthodologie choisi, les instruments utilisés, le type d’analyse qui en découle et le nombre de participants. Il en ressort que la majorité des chercheurs utilisent des méthodologies qualitatives, mais que certains préfèrent une méthodologie mixte. De plus, toutes les recherches, sauf une, comportent plus d’un instrument afin de collecter les données. Enfin, plus le nombre de participants est imposant, plus les chercheurs optent pour une analyse statistique.
