Abstract
Szkic poświęcony jest metafizycznej liryce Andrzeja Buszy. Inspiracją do pogłębionego nad nią namysłu stały się najnowsze, angielskojęzyczne wiersze poety, w których zastanawia się on nad fenomenem śmierci, a także stawia pytania dotyczące istnienia/nieistnienia Boga we wszechświecie. Filozoficzne refleksje, jakie pojawiają się w wielu utworach, pomagają w sformułowaniu hipotezy, że Busza poszukuje odpowiedzi na nurtujące go pytania na dwóch przeciwległych biegunach – metafizycznym i filozoficznym. Lektura ostatniego tomu zatytułowanego Niepewność poszerza pole interpretacji, bowiem poeta wskazuje trzecią sferę – naukową, w której poszukiwać będzie odpowiedzi na pytania o byt. Trzy obszary, wokół których ogniskują się przemyślenia Andrzeja Buszy, ujawniają niepokój i niepewność, które wciąż towarzyszą lirycznemu bohaterowi jego wierszy. Artykuł miał na celu przybliżenie jednego z najistotniejszych wątków w twórczości poety z kanadyjskiego Vancouver, oświetlając go z trzech różnych, przenikających się w tej poezji, perspektyw.
