Abstract
Thin-film solar cells of glass/SnO2/CuInSe2/Cd1-xZnxS1-ySey/ZnO are produced by electrochemical deposition. Electrical and photoelectrical measurements have been carried out using various Cd1-xZnxS1-ySey film compositions x and y, and thermal annealing temperatures and times. The results obtained indicate that substantial improvements can be made in the photoelectric parameters of cells with x = 0.4 and y = 0.2, after annealing at Ta = 150 °C for τa = 6 min. The open-circuit photovoltage, short-circuit photocurrent, fill factor, and efficiency of the glass/SnO2/CuInSe2/Cd0.6Zn0.4S0.8Se0.2/ZnO cells under standard 100 mW/cm2 white-light illumination were Voc = 486 mV, Jsc = 22.3 mA/cm2, FF = 0.55, and η= 6.0%, respectively.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
