Un dispositif d’expérimentation pour les jurés de validation des acquis d’expérience

Abstract
Dans cette contribution, nous présentons un dispositif de VAE permettant à ses jurés de développer d’année en année des compétences spécifiques d’évaluation en s’appuyant sur une histoire collective stabilisée. Afin de former des enseignants à leurs nouvelles tâches de jurés de VAE, les concepteurs du dispositif ont prévu des espaces de paroles et de régulation favorisant l’analyse collective du travail d’élaboration du jugement de VAE. Sur la base de la retranscription de ces débats collectifs, nous observons comment les jurés analysent leur nouvelle expérience professionnelle et ses enjeux. Il apparaît que le dialogue entre les jurés leur permet d’identifier et de stabiliser une série de dilemmes et de prendre conscience des choix ayant conduit à leur décision finale. Les séances de régulation deviennent alors un lieu de ressources et d’invention, alimenté aussi bien par les jurés experts que par les jurés novices.
