Abstract
The purpose of the research is to find out the features of a clinical current of primary dysmenorrhea of teenage girls with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. 210 girls at the age of 12-17 with primary dysmenorrhea were surveyed. Two groups were determined according to existence (the I group, 120 patients) or absence (the II group, 90 patients) of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. It was established that about 90,9±2,6% of patients of the I group had the debut of a dysmenorrhea in the period of formation the menstrual function – within the first 2 years after a menarche. It is shown that patients of the I group have ball indexes reflecting intensity of painful feelings, expressiveness of touch and affective reactions of a McGill Pain Questionnaire is statistically much more than in the other group. In an internal picture of perception of painful feelings a prevalence of an emotional component is noted. It is noticed that for patients of the I group high level of reactive (52,5±4,6%) and personal (76,7±3,9%) uneasiness is typical. Vegetative dysfunction is revealed at all patients of the I group and in 89,2±2,8% of cases it had the sympathetic orientation. The results of this research prove that the systemic pathology connected with a connective tissue dysplasia, makes the clinical current of primary dysmenorrhea at teenage age heavier that gives the opportunity to approach the medical diagnostic algorithm differentially.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
