Abstract
To develop the private bank is an important challenge which the present Chinese finance development faces. This article proposed the quite comprehensive private bank definition, the quite systematic private bank theory, as well as the choice policy for developing the Chinese private bank. Key word: private bank, private bank theory, private bank policy Resume : Comment developper les banques privees en Chine constitue un defi important pour le secteur banquier Chinois. Cet article propose, selon la situation en Chine, la definition de la banque privee, la theorie et la politique du developpement de la banque privee en Chine.
