Abstract
Since 1980’s the mainstream shareholder primacy has been received more and more challenged, at the same time stakeholder theory get much attention. This paper aims to permeate stakeholder theory’s research actuality from several perspectives, according to different scholars’s research, so as to establish basis for deepening stakeholder theory. Keywords: Stakeholder Theory, Shareholder primacy, Corporate Theory Resume Depuis les annees 80 du siecle precedent, le point de vue que l’actionnaire est supreme est de plus en plus conteste, et la theorie d’actionnaire attire une attention generale. Suivant le fil des documents de differents intellectuels etudiant cette theorie, cet essai tente d’examiner dans diverses perspectives le statu quo de la recherche de cette theorie de sorte a jeter les bases de la recherche encore plus profonde.
