Abstract
In the analysis and applications of the theory of social network, the positive role of social network and its profits are over-emphasized in China’s transition period, while its negative functions are ignored. In this paper, the negative functions of social network on individuals, firms and the society are discussed. Keywords: social network, negative functions, family firms Resume Dans les recherches et l’application de la theorie de reseau social, les chercheurs ne pretent attention qu’a des influences positives et des effets utilitaires que le reseau social nous a entraine dans la periode de transformation economique de notre pays, en negligeant les impacts negatifs eventuels qu’il peut engendrer. L’article present etudie ses effets negatifs sous les angles de l’individu, de l’entreprise et de la societe.
