Abstract
relation of university and nation is an important factor for university’s active role in development of society and human. Approach of harmonious development between them was searched from university came into the world in Europe and America. Rational ecology of university and nation in favor of reasonable development to society, it includes three aspects: the essential pursuit of freedom and development of human and individual; establish laws to protect academic freedom and academic autonomy; university cares nation’s development. Key words: university and nation, university duty,ecology Resume La relation entre l’universite et l’Etat constitue un facteur important qui influence l’universite et promeut le developpement de la societe et l’homme. Depuis leur fondation, les universites europeennes et americaines cherchent a trouver la voie permettant a l’universite et a l’Etat de developpet harmonieusement. Poursuivre principalement la liberte et le developpement de l’homme et de l’humanite, etablir des lois protectrices de l’autonomie et de la liberte academiques, les universites suivent de pres le developpement de l’Etat, tout cela permet la formation de l’ecologie rationnelle entre l’universite et l’Etat et fait progresser le developpement scientique de la societe.
