Abstract
La pratique du métier syndical nous apprend à vivre dans un univers où les contradictions sont le lot du quotidien et où les chocs culturels sont fréquents. Le Fonds de solidarité FTQ a vécu cette réalité en tant que partenaire de l’ARUC-ÉS. Faire travailler ensemble des chercheurs universitaires et des praticiens de la formation syndicale n’allait pas de soi. Malgré certaines difficultés, le partenariat entre les cultures syndicale et universitaire s’est avéré positif.
