Abstract
Enterprises’ social work is an important field in social work which is an organic part of enterprise management.. It is the application of social work’s concept and methods in enterprise management. In March, 2009, the teachers and students from Social Work Apartment, Guangdong University of Technology held 4 periods of enterprise social work group training for Dongguan Dongsheng Cashmere Products Co. Ltd., Erdos Cashmere Group. 100 staff took part in 32 hours’ the training. This is the first practice of group social work in enterprise training. Il constitue une partie organique de la gestion de l’entreprise et c’est aussi un moyen d’appliquer le concept et les methodes de travail social dans la gestion de l’entreprise. En mars 2009, les enseignants et les etudiants du Departement du travail social de l’Universite des Industries de Canton a lance une formation des groupes de travail sociala quatre phases pour la Societe Dongsheng des produits en cashemire, une filiale d’Erdos Cashemire Groupe. La formation a implique une somme de 100 employes et a dure 32 heures. Elle a ete une tentative de l’application de la formation des groupes de travail social dans les entreprises.
