La ralisation de cette thse ainsi que le cheminement universitaire qu ' elle implique reprsentent pour moi l' accomplissement d' un objectif personnel et professionnel de haute importance.Ceux qui connaissent mon parcours sont conscients des moments forts comme des moments plus amers qui m' ont fait chemine.Ce n' est qu ' en fin de formation que je prends conscience du chemin que j ' ai parcouru et que j ' apprcie encore davantage la faon dont il m' a transforme.Un parcours doctoral impliquant l' initiation de charges de cours, un poste de professeure-chercheure et la naissance de mes deux trsors.Toutefois, un projet d' une telle envergure peut difficilement tre men terme sans le soutien, plus ou moins conscient, de plusieurs personnes.D ' abord, je ne peux passer sous silence l' appui, l' encadrement, l' coute, la patience, la gnrosit et la grande disponibilit dont a fait preuve mon gard mon directeur de recherche, M. Marc Dussault, professeur au Dpartement des sciences de la gestion de l' Universit du Qubec Trois-Rivires.Mes sincres remerciements pour les nombreux conseils qu ' il m' a prodigus.Il a t une ressource essentielle tout au long de la ralisation de ce travail et surtout, il a cru en moi.Je me considre privilgie d' avoir pu travailler sous sa supervision, et il demeurera certes un modle pour mes
