COMENTA QUE DESDE SU INTERES PERSONAL HA TRATADO EL NARCOTRAFICO EN FUNCION DE LAS RELACIONES ENTRE MEXICO, ESTADOS UNIDOS Y CANADA, PARA ANALIZAR PARTICULARMENTE LAS POLITICAS ANTINARCOTICOS DE DICHOS PAISES, BUSCANDO CONTRASTARLAS PARA CONOCER SU PERTINENCIA, DIRECCION Y EFICACIA A LA LUZ DE SU PROPOSITO MANIFIESTO DE ACABAR CON EL FLAGELO DE LA DROGA.
