Bleomycin (BL) wird häufig zur Induktion einer experimentellen Lungenfibrose im Tiermodell benutzt. In diesem Modell wurden zahlreiche Substanzen mit antifibrotischer Wirkung gefunden, jedoch zeigten sie in Patientenstudien keinen Benefit. Der Zweck unserer Untersuchung war es, alle Publikationen über den erfolgreichen Einsatz von antifibrotischen Substanzen im BL Tiermodell zu finden und den Nutzen dieses Modells für die Klinik zu evaluieren.
