Abstract The “Association de psychologie du travail de langue francaise” published, in 1998, 199 articles grouped under eight tomes, presenting the reflection and results of researchers from French countries. The first four tomes have been presented in a previous edition. Tomes 5 to 8 are being covered in this review. The studies in these last four tomes provide an opportunity to the reader to explore many facets of different fields covered by organisational and industrial psychology. In tome 5 the authors are questioning the meaning of work for different categories of people such as women, youth and unemployed. Tome 6 covers a subject of great interest, which is mobilisation and work eficiency. The authors present their thoughts and results on the different factors that impact on mobilisation and demobilisation, and their consequences on the organisation's productivity. In tome 7, the authors are raising the fact that many organisational decisions are often made without consideration of the impact on its human resources. The reader will find in this tome empirical and theoretical articles dealing with the consequences of organisational change on the level of stress and health.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
