Critiques et perspectives de la recherche en entrepreneuriat

Abstract
Dans cet article, nous critiquons la pratique actuelle de la recherche germanophone en entrepreneuriat et discutons des possibilités d’une réorientation. En nous appuyant sur un bref historique de cette recherche en entrepreneuriat, nous développons six thèses visant à en décrire les faiblesses. Nous montrons pourquoi la recherche en entrepreneuriat n’a pu, à ce jour, s’établir comme une discipline à part entière. Par ailleurs, nous relevons les mécanismes en place dans ce domaine qui empêchent systématiquement les chercheurs d’obtenir des résultats utiles. Nous discutons, enfin, des possibilités d’améliorations progressives et de changements radicaux qui ouvrent des perspectives pour le développement futur d’une recherche féconde sur l’esprit d’entreprise.
