Abstract
Der Verlauf pathophysiologischer Prozesse in Modellen der idiopathischen Lungenfibrose (IPF) ist bislang unzureichend beschrieben. Tiermodelle haben den Mangel, dass zur Bewertung des Fibrosegrades meistens Histologie entnommen werden muss. Ziel dieser Arbeit war es unilaterale bronchoskopische Interventionen durchzuführen, welche das Überleben der Tiere zulassen und anschließed, ähnlich der klinischen Situation, mit Computertomographie fibrotische Prozesse über einen längeren Zeitraum zu beoachten.
