Decarboxylation of rosin acids in fusion synthesis of Ca‐resinates—Thermogravimetric studies
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Abstract Fusion synthesis of Ca‐resinates was studied in a laboratory reactor and in a thermobalance. In the syntheses, the resination reaction takes place at 235°C and it is followed by the thermal decarboxylation of rosin acids at 265°C. The kinetics of the thermal decarboxylation was modelled in the synthesis reactor using calcium contents corresponding to the theoretical target acid values 50 to 90 mg(KOH)/g. In the thermobalance, the kinetics of the decarboxylation reaction could be continuously followed and accurate kinetic results were thus obtained in different reaction conditions. The oxidative and thermal decarboxylation were separately studied in the thermobalance at the reaction temperature range of 245°C to 275°C and in different atmospheres (air, N 2 , CO 2 ) at 260°C. The oxidative decarboxylation was observed to be faster than the thermal decarboxylation during the first 2 h. After that, however, the oxidative decarboxylation was restricted by the apparent reaction equilibrium.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
