Abstract
L’anonymat du don de gamètes constitue une thématique s’érigeant au rang de question de société. Élaborer une pensée croisant le regard juridique d’une part, et le regard philosophique, d’autre part, tout en considérant les multiples points de vue, celui de l’enfant, du donneur ou encore du couple receveur, est une façon d’inscrire cette thématique au sein d’une analyse pluridisciplinaire. Celle-ci ayant vocation à cerner cette problématique, et à en proposer une approche originale, porteuse de nouveaux questionnements. Nous proposons donc d’interroger cette pratique, notamment du point de vue de ce qu’elle a de spécifique et d’inhérent à sa nature, tout en tentant de comprendre les enjeux de l’anonymat au regard de la temporalité. Quelles sont les conséquences de ce principe sur l’enfant, dans son rapport à lui-même et dans son rapport aux autres ? Et, de ce fait, qu’implique-t-il au regard de la nature même de la relation ainsi que sur la façon dont cette dernière se déploie entre les différents acteurs du don ?
